Returns & Exchanges – Our Rules
Something doesn't fit or you'd like a different size?
No problem! Simply write down on the enclosed return slip (or on your own clearly legible piece of paper) which size you would like instead and include it with your return. If the desired size is still available, we will send you the replacement free of charge.
Important for returns from Switzerland:
When creating the shipping label, be sure to indicate that it is a "returned item." If this is not declared correctly, the shipment will be held up at German customs and, in the worst case, returned to you. Furthermore, the return must be sent as an insured parcel . A letter is insufficient, as it is neither trackable nor insured. Only insured parcel shipping ensures that the return can be tracked and accepted by customs in case of problems.

Important NOTE:
Please inspect your items very carefully before returning them. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept clothing with pet hair, deodorant residue, skin particles, or other visible signs of wear or odor . Returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to you at your expense . Therefore, please carefully remove all pet hair (for example, with a lint roller) before packing and ensure that there are no deodorant residues or skin particles on the clothing.
2. Return shipping costs:
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We provide no Return labels are available. Please affix postage and send your return back to us yourself.
Be sure to keep your shipping receipt until the refund has been processed.

Unauthorized returns will be sent back at your expense.

Worn or washed items are excluded from exchange and return.

Shipping costs already paid will not be refunded.
Note regarding the return rate
Like many other large shops, we reserve the right to temporarily exclude individual customers from shopping for up to 12 months in the event of an unusually high volume of returns.
This is to ensure a fair and sustainable shopping experience for everyone. If you are affected, we will of course inform you in advance by email.
