Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Switzerland.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany: 

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order.

International Deliveries:

We charge a flat international shipping fee as follows:

Belgium: €10.90
Switzerland: €10.90
Luxembourg: €10.90
Netherlands: €10.90
Austria: €10.90
Poland: €10.90

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries, 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
